DESCRIPTION
20 pieces of Gas cleaning equipment for blast furnace Ttl 186 mt / 1915 cbm
NMT Projects was awarded to transport gas cleaning equipment from Turkey to Ukraine. Although there was a production delay and some problems with local customs authorities we had been able to solve related problems in close cooperation with our Turkish agency.
Some last minutes solutions had to be agreed with ship’s crew to have the cargo safely loaded on board. Once cargo was safely loaded the voyage went smoothly to Mariupol. As we had to cope with units up to max. width of 7.50 mtr and strict regulations in Ukraine with respect to customs/permits the necessary arrangements had to be agreed with authorities to obtain permits in time due required delivery dates.
Once discharging and customs clearance was completed finally all equipment was transported and delivered within 3 days after discharging to AMK in Alchevsk. NMT controlled and monitored the complete project from arrival till delivered site.
