DESCRIPTION
NMT Projects was awarded transport of a dismantled crawler crane from Zweibrucken, Germany to Abu Dhabi, UAE. As we had to cope with pieces of 55 ton necessary permits for road transport had to be applied in time to meet the required deadline. Pre-carriage was executed by a large number of different types of trailers from the factory in Germany to transhipment port in Antwerp. On behalf of client we appointed marine surveyor to watch all pieces were safely loaded, lashed and secured on mafi trailers. Once all cargo was safely rolled, lashed and secured on board the ocean vessel headed for Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. where the cargo was discharged within the required time frame. NMT controlled and monitored the complete project from place of loading till port of discharge.
