DESCRIPTION
NMT Projects was awarded to transport Gas Compression ackages for FPSO vessel from Switzerland to Singapore.
Although there was a production delay we managed to solve the related problems in close cooperation with our Swiss agency. The units were transported under private/police escort by 10 axle hydraulic platform trailers from the plant in Zurich to Basel for direct transshipment into barge and transported to Container Terminal in Rotterdam.
Once arrived at Rotterdam the units were lifted by floating crane with supplied tailor made
lifting device by NMT and loaded on a bedding of 5 x 40ft HC Flatracks with collapsed ends. NMT controlled and monitored the complete project from loading place till port of discharge.
